A: A wallbed is a bed that folds up into a cabinet, which is fastened to a wall.

Q: What is the advantage of a wallbed over a regular bed?
A: The standard bed takes up a lot of space in a room, while our wallbed can be folded back into the cabinet.

Q: Who is buying your wallbeds?
A: Most of our customers are homeowners who don't like the idea of a guest bedroom because it is only used occasionally for overnight visitors but could be used for other purposes. With our wallbed, you can convert any room into a guest room within seconds and utilize the room for purposes such as a home office. Our other customers include hotels, motels, condo owners, retirement communities, builders and contractors.

Q: Is a wallbed suitable for everyday use?
A: Yes it is. Every room where space is an issue, our wallbeds provide a space-efficient solution. In the case of a child's room, the space a conventional bed occupies can be used for a play area.

Q: Do I have to make the wallbed everyday?
A: No, you can leave your bedding on the bed and just fold the bed out of the way.

Q: How difficult is it to open or close the wallbed?
A: It is very easy. Even children have no problem opening or closing the bed. The mechanism we use balances the bed in all different positions.

Q: Do I need a special size or type of mattress?
A: No, you can use any mattress you already have as long it is no thicker than 10 inches.

Q: Do you supply mattresses?
A: Yes, we have coil-spring-filled mattresses and foam mattresses in all standard sizes.

Q: Does your wallbed comes with a warranty?
A: Yes it does. The cabinetry has a five-year warranty, the mechanism comes with a lifetime warranty, and the mattress carries the manufacturer's warranty.

Q: Do you have wallbeds in stock?
A: No we don't. Every bed is made according to our customer's specifications. Quick-Ship beds take 2 to 3 weeks, custom beds 8 to 10 weeks.

Q: How about shipping and installation?
A: We deliver and professionally install your bed locally, and ship worldwide.
